Postpartum Doula Support

$60/hour

• 8 Weeks, 2 x 4hour visits per week $3840

• 6 Weeks, 2 x 3hour visits per week $2160

• 8 Weeks, 1 x 4hour visit per week $1920

Includes:

• Debriefing your birth journey

• Listening to your concerns and offering much-needed emotional support  

• Washing, drying, and folding laundry

• Collection of grocery items on the way

• Helping with meal planning

• Baby care to allow mum and dad a break/sleep

• Dinner/meal preparation

• Baking nutritious and delicious one-handed snacks

• Baby settling assistance

• Breastfeeding/Infant feeding support and advice

• Stripping of parents' bed and remaking

• Access to my library of books

• Emptying household bins and nappy bins

• Ensuring mum has fresh water and tasty healthy snacks

• Spending time with older siblings doing activities and ensuring they also feel seen and heard.
